Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is one of two Sacraments of Healing. In the Sacrament of Reconciliation, we are reconciled to God and the Church. Sin is never a private or personal matter because it harms our relationship with others. The Sacrament of Reconciliation repairs this break and has a renewing effect on all. In this Sacrament, priest and penitent celebrate the mercy of God and embark on the journey of conversion that leads to deeper life with God.
