Fall Faith Formation Registration

Welcome to our Faith Formation programs for 2010-2011!

A few things to note before obtaining the registration forms:

  • Register early and save! Through September 19, the fee is $75 per child up to 3 children for a maximum $225. For those who register after September 19, the fee is $90 per child, maximum $270. Please enclose your payment with your registration form.

  • Because 8th grade begins September 27, 8th grade registrations received after September 19 will not be processed until after classes start. If you find yourself in this situation, please call the office 248-391-4074 ext. 14.

  • Your enrollment in the session(s) selected will be confirmed by email, not on our web site as in the past. Please be sure we have your correct and current email address (located on the registration form).

  • All sessions for 1st through 8th grade will have a Parent Meeting the first evening of classes.

  • Please consider offering the gifts of your time and talent as a catechist. We are seeking catechists for all grades (Preschool through 8th) and will provide you with abundant resources and support. Indicate your interest on the registration form ("Volunteer Opportunities") or call 248-391-4074.

Quick Day & Time Reference:

PreSchool and Kindergarten: Sunday Masses at 9 am & 11 am beginning Oct. 3
1st – 5th grade: Monday 5:00-6:15 pm or Tuesday 6:00-7:15 pm beginning Oct 4-5*
*Parent meeting at each of the first elementary sessions October 4 and 5 in the Bethany room

 6th grade: Every other Wednesday, 7:00-8:30 pm beginning Oct. 6*
7h grade: Every other Monday, 7:00-8:30 pm beginning Oct. 4*
8th grade: Every other Monday, 7:00-8:30 pm beginning Sept. 27*
*Parent meeting at each of the middle school first sessions

 Fees: Early Registration (through Sept. 19) $75 per child; after Sept. 19, $90 per child

 F.I.R.E.:  Family-based faith formation** – families meet in clusters on an agreed-upon schedule
**There is no fee for this program

General age guidelines for Sacramental Preparation are: First Eucharist 2nd grade; First Reconciliation 4th grade; Confirmation 9th grade.
